Subscription
AirTrans is billed in direction-minutes. One minute of one-way translation equals one direction-minute; a two-way conversation can therefore use up to two direction-minutes per real minute. Nothing is sold as “unlimited”.
1. The Direction-Minute Model
Live translation consumes direction-minutes only while a session is running. When your balance reaches zero the session is closed automatically and you are shown the purchase options; nothing is charged without your confirmation in the App Store sheet.
2. Free Allowance
Every account starts with 5 free direction-minutes so you can evaluate translation quality before paying.

Prices are listed in USD. The App Store shows the equivalent local price, taxes and currency conversion in the purchase sheet; that displayed amount is what you are charged.
4. Automatic Renewal
Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. The direction-minute allowance is refreshed at the start of each new period and unused minutes from the previous period do not carry over.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → AirTrans. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period continues until its end date. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
6. Refunds
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple, so refunds are issued by Apple and not by us. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
7. Apple Standard EULA
Unless we present separate terms, use of AirTrans is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Our own Terms and Privacy Policy apply in addition.
8. Restoring Purchases
If you reinstall the app or switch to a new device, open the purchase screen and tap Restore purchases. Your entitlement is restored from the Apple ID used for the original purchase.
